Orders - Pool Kit and Acessories

Pool Kit orders are taken either by check or credit card. Credit cards are accepted by PayPal on our behalf.     Shipping Policy Shipping and handling charges included  on all  Kits within the Continental U.S. Return Policy & Warranties Returns on new and unopened merchandise only. Return Merchandise Authority #’s are required on all returned merchandise. Returns for refund must be within 15 days of purchase. Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  There will be a 30% restocking fee on all returns after an RMA # has been issued.  No returns will be accepted without RMA Numbers. Freight must be prepaid to Las Vegas, NV. No returns will be accepted freight collect. All pool liners are made to order as each pool is different. No Returns will be accepted on made to order pool liners, pool covers, waterfalls  and computer software. 10 year limited warranty on pool liner. 1 year warranty on pool pump and motor. 1 year warranty pool structure. Ordering is safe and secure. We use Paypal the largest payment processor on the Internet. We accept credit cards,  e-checks and cashiers checks.  The process is easy. Before clicking the Buy Now button list the items that you are buying on a slip of paper and the total. Now click the Buy Now button and list your items and the total. Following this first page you will receive a page that allows you to give us a Description.
